The Flat

The Flat is a large open plan space, ideal for small groups or families to share. It is furnished with One King Size Bed and Six King Single Bunk Beds, accommodating a maximum of eight guests.

The share bathroom has three showers and a toilet, there is also a separate second toilet. The Kitchenette has a fridge, 2 ring cook-top, electric frying pan, microwave, toaster, crockery, tea & coffee making facilities.

The double doors open up on to a fantastic Courtyard seating area that has a Fire-pit style Grill/BBQ and an Adobe style Pizza Oven and is perfect for relaxing in after a day’s sightseeing.

The local population is intimate, it is a holiday haven and as such there are no shops or restaurants in Okarito but with the facilities provided at the Code Time Lodge B&B you can bring any food or beverage you may require. Just be sure to shop in Hokitika or Franz Josef before arriving at your destination.
